Welcome to a lesson page. Here is a weekly lesson with different things to do daily for your toddler. 
These Lessons are designed to teach your toddler with play and fun. There are new things to learn daily and weekly. Lesson set up: Flash cards, food, coloring pages, subjects with: lesson, games, activity, crafts, and books. Look at all of the lessons the week before so you can work them in. There is minimal prep work. 

Brown week

Brown bear

Lesson- What color is a brown bear? Where do you find brown bears. What to they eat? What do they sound like?
Brown bear coloring page. 
Game- Brown bear what do you see. Use flash cards, pictures, go out door or even on errands. Use the craft to pretend like you are the brown bear. Take turns saying brown bear brown bear what do you see. They other person say I see something big and red. Then guess what they are talking about. Take turns, if you have a younger child then say it all. Tell them this brown bear sees something white in the sky. Let them think for a little and then says yes it's the clouds.
Activity- Go to a zoo. The Children's Museum in La Habra has a stuffed brown bear. 
Craft- Brown bear craft.
Book- Brown Bear, Brown Bear What do you see? The Berenstain Bears. 

Dirt

Lesson- What color is dirt? Where do you find dirt? What happens to dirt when it gets wet? Talk about all the different things you can do with dirt. 
Game- Go out side and find dirt. Play and get dirty. Add water and see what happens together. 
Activity- Plant a plant and talk about how the dirt helps the plant grow. 
Craft- Grab some dry dirt. Add a tiny amount of food coloring. Make as many colors as we want or just use the brown. Get some glue and make designs on paper. Pour the dirt on and make art.
