Welcome to a lesson page. Here is a weekly lesson with different things to do daily for your toddler. 
These Lessons are designed to teach your toddler with play and fun. There are new things to learn daily and weekly. Lesson set up: Flash cards, food, coloring pages, subjects with: lesson, games, activity, crafts, and books. Look at all of the lessons the week before so you can work them in. There is minimal prep work. 

Green Lesson!

Green Grass

Lesson- What color is the grass? Where do you find grass. Grab some grass from outside for examination. Ask what grass feels like. Use the grass to count. 
Game-  Kick ball on the grass. It doesn't matter how you play as long as you are experiencing the grass together. 
Activity- Go to a field or a park with a lot of grass. Run around together and have fun. 
Craft- Use green construction paper and cut the end of the paper half way down. Cut multiple times (half inch a part). It will look like grass. Have your child help you and then have them color and decorate it.

Green Frog

Lesson- What color is a frog? What does a frog sound like? What does a frog eat?  How does a frog move?
Game- Jump like a frog. Go around the house or outside and do froggy jumps. Say ribbit ribbit as you jump. 
Activity- Go to a pet store and look at frogs. I like to go to one that is in a mall so we can play after. 

Craft-  Easy frog puppet.
Books- Frog and Toad are Friends, Where Do Frogs Come From, Thats not mu frog.  

Be Green!

Lesson- Being green means you care about the earth. Talk to your child about recycling, saving water and not littering. Have them help you trow trash away and then the recycling. Recycling coloring pages #1, #2.
Game- Make the game be apart of the lesson. Have newspaper, plastic bottle, cans etc. Then have trash. banana peel, bread heals etc. Tell them to put them where they belong. Make sure you tell them how great they are doing. 
Activity- Go to a recycling center. Even if you don't have stuff to bring. 
Craft- News paper art. Paint directly on the news paper. It will come out really cool looking. 
Books- Read the news paper together. Pictures, and funnies.
